A referral bonus will be provided to an employee who refers a potential candidate that subsequently works for 10 shifts. Once the referred candidate has completed the 10 required shifts, the referee will receive a bonus of $125 for a CNA/DSP referral, $200 for a LPN referral, and $250 for a RN referral.
