In 1992, after celebrating her 13th consecutive year as a Registered Nurse, Diane Boerner chose to leave her hospital job after experiencing first-hand how healthcare workers were treated in facilities and decided to start her own business venture. Nursing Care Services is a nurse-run agency, by nurses, for nurses. We now offer healthcare positions to those both licensed and unlicensed, allowing people new to the industry the opportunity to expand their expertise.
