Nursing Care Services’ Home Care Specialists provide support services to your loved ones by assisting them in maintaining their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own home or life care community.
Home Care
Our experienced care givers, will provide the necessary day to day assistance, are hand selected by our team. Typical services could include, companionship, personal care, food preparation, laundry and light housekeeping.
Home Health
Our skilled licensed staff is made up of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants who will work with you and your physician to provide the medical care needed. Typical services include nursing visits, medication administration, wound care/treatment care and 24/7 continuous care under a doctor’s or RN’s supervision.
Hospice Support
Our staff offers personal services to full nursing support to assist in every stage of their journey.

Home Care
WE ARE A LICENSED HOME CARE COMPANY.
Working with you and a Home Care Specialist we’ll develop a program of home care based specifically on your needs and the needs of your loved ones. Our program will help you determine the type of services required and the appropriate home care team. In addition, our individualized programs are designed to provide peace of mind to our client’s family by ensuring that the quality of life of their loved one has not changed, even though some of the circumstances in regard to their health have changed. Our goal is to ensure that all of our clients’ loved ones age gracefully and safely with dignity and respect. If your loved one is living in a Life Care Community or Assisted Living, we will take care of them in their own apartment so that they don’t have to go to a Skilled Nursing Facility. If someone you love is being discharged from the hospital and requires additional home care, our staff will be there to provide the necessary care and adjust their care as needed. Our services can be utilized on a short-term or long-term basis, ranging from just a few hours to continued daily care for many years. No matter the situation, Nursing Care Services is there to assist our clients and their families through any type of heath crisis, medical need, and/or personal care service (including hospice support).
We offer a full spectrum of care, including:
- Companion Care: provides personalized activities, conversation, companionship, as well as stimulation of the health of the body and mind.
- Personal Care: provides personalized assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and ambulating.
- Meal Preparation: provides the planning and preparation of meals, assistance with feeding (if necessary), and cleaning up afterwards.
- Light Housekeeping: provides laundry and linen service.
Home Health
WE ARE A LICENSED HOME HEALTH COMPANY.
Our team of skilled licensed professional is made up of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistances. We will work with you and your physician to provide the medical care needed. Our team could consist of both home health and home care services led by a Registered Nurse Supervisor under the direction of your physican. We are able to offer a full spectrum of non medical and medical solutions with ease. Because we offer both medical and personal care you never have to switch companies.
